A reliable device connection is an absolute must for your customized applications. Weidmüller‘s OMNIMATE® Signal includes PCB terminals and PCB connectors for devices used in automation and control (measurement, control and feedback control systems) – in particular for sensor actuator interfaces and power supplies.

You can choose from a product range that includes extremely compact PCB terminals and connectors, which, thanks to intelligent locking concepts and high-performance connection systems, provides your design-in process with a wide range of application-specific solutions and does not set any limits on your creativity. We have also not forgotten about your production processes when formulating our product range, as our THR and SMD components ensure the highest productivity levels during the reflow soldering process.

**Space-saving and cost-effective design**

**Space-saving**
The 2-row connector B2CF is a connectivity solution for standard industrial cables in 1.75 pitch that is 30% smaller than a similar solution and features 100% of the ruggedness found.

**Integrated LEDs**
The supply voltage to the sensors is fed in directly through the BL-I/O 3.5 female plug. The control of the sensor wiring itself can be done without subsequent I/O electronics.

**Packaging for use in automated assembly**
Smaller devices with increased technical capabilities are designed for more applications. Their contacts are packed onto a small surface and large wire cross-section capacity.

The use of future-proof contact systems, as well as the optimization of manufacturing processes, are increasingly important in developing efficient industrial devices, especially in the field of Industry 4.0. LMFV PCB terminals in twin design Product innovation

The new OMNIMATE® Signal LMFV PCB terminal blocks enable a particularly fast and safe device connection. Their layout is identical to the proven LM product family with clamping yoke connection. This gives device engineers the choice between the classic clamping yoke connection and the innovative PUSH IN connection. The LMFV PCB terminals have been optimized for wave soldering processes.

**Direct and reliable plug-in**
Solid wires or wires with ferrules can plugged directly thanks to the times-saving PUSH IN connection technology. The contact can be opened easily by pressing the push button.

**Soldering process**
Benefit from the highly secure, current-carrying capacity and mechanical stability on the PCB board, without additional mounting elements.

**Efficient packaging**
The tape on reel packaging in standard tape widths supports an efficient automatic assembly process. The optimized Pick and Place pads ensure that the pick and place process is safe and reliable.

The compact design with PUSH IN connection system over two levels is perfectly suited for wire cross-sections up to 1.5 mm² in a pitch dimension of 3.5 mm.
