Compact combiner box for installing on a cable duct and behind PV modules

The compact PV combiner box PV Inline with SPD Type I+II is used in
rooftop PV installations. It protects the PV system from overvoltages, including lightning strikes. In the event of an overvoltage, it creates a ground connection. The space-saving surge protection device (SPD) is particularly suitable for confined spaces. It can be integrated into cable channels or mounted behind PV modules.

The benefits at a glance

As handy as a glasses case

PV Inline can be mounted on or between standard cable ducts, on the wall or behind PV modules on the roof.

Super fast installation

It's that simple: Screw on the mounting feet and snap the PV Inline into place. Thanks to convenient Stäubli MC4 connectors, the PV Inline housing does not need to be opened for wiring.

PV Inline: Easy installation - many possibilities

Mounting on or between cable ducts

The PV Inline can be easily mounted on a standard 60 x 40 mm cable channel using special mounting aids or placed precisely between two cable channels so that the compact SPD visually becomes part of the channel.

Wall mounting

Whether between two cable ducts or at the entry point of the cables in the attic: Simply attach the mounting feet to the wall at the appropriate distance and snap the PV Inline into place.

Mounting behind PV modules

Due to its compact dimensions, the PV Inline can also be attached to the mounting structure of the PV system using UV-resistant cable ties. This is also advantageous for large systems with a distance of more than 10 meters between the inverter and PV modules.

Ground connection

The ground connection
can easily be completed with the space saving equipotential bonding bar with 3 screw connections.

Mount PV Inline on a standard cable duct

PV Inline, the compact surge protection device for photovoltaic systems, can be easily mounted on or between a standard cable duct (60x40 mm) using special mounting aids.

Suitable channel systems:
Hager TEHALIT LF4006009016, LF4006007035 / OBO Type WDK 40060

Insert mounting aids

The mounting feet for installation in the cable duct or on the wall are included with the product

Align the mounting aids

Align and tighten the mounting aids so that they match the spacing of the PV Inline.

Snap in and wire up

Snap the PV Inline into the holders and complete cabling in the cable duct.

Close the cable duct

Shorten the cover of the cable duct so that the PV Inline is outside and insert the cover.
