The Field Power® enclosure kit

Enclosure base

Three sizes of enclosures available, more details in the size overview
Connection of separate bases possible via seals, for example to divide hot and cold areas

Individually configurable

Installation of terminal rails, PCBs and Field Power® contact elements
Integration of individual mounting plates
Tool-free assembly using snap-in hooks
Additional fixation of PCBs, mounting plates and contact elements to the domes with screws possible

Individually modifiable

Installation of seals, cable glands and plug-in connectors as well as operating and signaling devices
Mechanical processing is not needed
Removal of domes, snap-in hooks or breakout holes in the base only requires simple tools like pliers or screw drivers
Assurance of a smooth surface after removal due to indentations

Enclosure lid

Black plastic lids and transparent plastic lids with a clear viewing window
aluminum lids with cooling fins for the use of power electronics

Individually configurable

Installation of terminal rails, PCBs and individual mounting plates in all lid types
Direct mounting of devices with heat sinks in aluminum lids
Assembly using different screw connections for plastic or aluminum lids

Individually modifiable

Customization via mechanical processing possible
Grounding points on the inside and outside of the aluminum lid available

Enclosure accessories

Seals

Foldable seals for (pre-assembled) cables with diameters from 7 to 17 mm
Slotted sealing inserts (IP54) for the insertion of multiple cables with a diameter of 4x4 mm or 2x6.5 mm
Seals with M16 and M20 connection thread, e.g. for the installation of cable glands or M12 plug-in connectors

HQ Adapter

Adapters for HDC Rockstar® HQ connectors
Freely configurable or available with pre-assembled cables

Cable glands

Cable glands can be installed in the threaded seals or in the breakout holes
Provision of strain relief of the cable

Operating and signaling devices

Devices can be integrated into the M20 seals via adapter
Installation in breakout holes or machined holes also possible
